We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the platform:

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database service with enterprise-grade security. Profile photos are stored via Cloudinary, a secure media hosting provider. Your data is stored per account and is only accessible to you when authenticated.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in, and access controls that restrict data to the authenticated user only.
While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
If you're on the Premier plan and choose to connect your Gmail account, Kievora's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Kievora relies on the following trusted third-party services to operate. Each handles data according to its own privacy policy, and we only share what's necessary for it to perform its function:

Kievora uses minimal cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Firebase Authentication uses browser storage to maintain your session. You can clear this by logging out or clearing your browser data.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@kievora.app. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and resumes within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
If you disconnect Gmail AI without deleting your whole account, your Gmail-derived data is cleared within 24 hours, as described in Section 4.
Anonymous, aggregated usage data (with no personally identifiable information) may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.
Kievora is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or with a notice on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
Continued use of Kievora after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
