To access certain features you must create an account, either with an email and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for:

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
You retain full ownership of the content you create on Kievora — including your resume data, career profile information, and any documents you upload. If you connect Gmail AI, this also includes the job-search-related email data processed on your behalf, as described in Section 6.
By using our service, you grant Kievora a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell your content to third parties.
Gmail AI is an optional feature available exclusively on the Premier plan. If you choose to connect your Gmail account:

Kievora uses artificial intelligence to power KIE and our other AI features, including resume suggestions, cover letters, career coaching advice, interview prep, and — for Premier users — Gmail-related drafts. You acknowledge that:
All elements of the Kievora platform — including the brand, design, templates, software, and content — are the property of Kievora and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without explicit written permission.
Kievora offers a Free plan and two paid plans — Pro and Premier — each unlocking additional AI tools, templates, and features. Current pricing and plan details are available on our Pricing page.
We reserve the right to change our pricing or plan features going forward; such changes will not retroactively affect a cycle you've already paid for.
Kievora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Job listings surfaced through Find Jobs are sourced from third-party providers; we do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or that any application will result in a response.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kievora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Kievora after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate legal channels.
